My interest in the health, function and structure of the human body was a journey of self discovery for a pain free lifestyle. Conventional medicine and therapy was never able to offer lasting relief from the chronic issues that caused pain and discomfort. My initial training in 1997 inspired me to seek the training to help others with their issues and led me through numerous bodywork modalities that eventually supplied the information about Certified Rolfing and its life altering effects. The science and techniques I have attained since graduating from The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration and the advanced techniques from it's highly educated instructors are unavailable at any other learning institution. I have completed a number of complimentary certifications to Rolfing that have shaped the way I am today. My movement training in Rolfing, yoga, and martial arts have helped the way I view reality in that now I recognize that which tilts, shifts, and supports. I am more than satisfied with the abilities I have to customize a plan for each client that can potentially enable them to live a more productive and painless life.
